Western Australian Trading Hours
Some specialty stores have opted to retain the designated
late night trading on Thursdays only.

Casual mall lessees will be required to trade in line with the
specialty stores and open Thursday nights, but you have
the option to stay longer on the other week nights. 

 However, if your site is near a major store, you may choose
to close at your discretion between 6pm and 9pm
(excepting Thursdays) depending on customer traffic.

Casual mall lessees are requested to note the Christmas
Trading times and comply with the Centre’s policy during
these designated times.

PRECINCT  TRADING - ARMADALE AND LAKESIDE JOONDALUP

These two Centres in our portfolio have been granted
weekend trading on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-5pm.

You have the option to book from Monday to Saturday and then add the Sunday.  
From 1 January 2011 additional charges will apply for the Sunday Trade.

All stock and displays must be removed from the Centre
at the close of trade on the last day of your contract.

It should be noted that if you choose to book more than one
week and are opting for two or more weeks in a block
booking, you must trade the Sunday.

WITH THE EXTENDING TRADING HOURS, THE CENTRE’S
OWNERS AND MANAGING AGENTS TAKE NO
RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR STOCK OR
DISPLAY IF IT IS LEFT UNATTENDED.
