This table is a snapshot of each Centre in our portfolio. It details the weekly rental, and lists the Major tenants as well as the number of Specialty stores. Where available, it also lists the estimated pedestrian traffic on an annualised basis. These figures are taken from the 2003 Western Australian Shopping Centre Directory published by The Property Council. Note that dividing the figure by 52 will provide an indication of the weekly pedestrian traffic but it must be remembered that there will be seasonal peaks and troughs which will affect the pedestrian numbers through the Centre.
